The Outreach Brain Chrome Extension brings certain Outreach Brain functionality directly into supported websites, including LinkedIn, allowing users to:

• Access relevant prospect information;
• Generate personalized outreach messages;
• Generate suggested replies using conversation context; and
• Maintain prospect and outreach information within Outreach Brain.

Outreach Brain is intended to assist users with their outreach workflow. Users remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to send generated messages.

The information we collect depends on how you use Outreach Brain.

Users may provide information to Outreach Brain to improve message personalization and prospecting assistance.

This may include:

• Business name;
• Business website;
• Description of products or services;
• Target audience or ideal customer profile;
• Positioning and value propositions;

Outreach Brain uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as personalized message generation, suggested replies, and prospect-related assistance.

When an AI-powered feature is used, information necessary to perform the requested task may be processed by an artificial intelligence service provider.

This information may include:

• User instructions;
• Prospect information;
• Relevant LinkedIn profile information;
• Relevant conversation content; and
• Previous outreach context.

Only information reasonably necessary to perform the requested AI functionality should be provided to AI processing systems.

AI service provider currently used: OpenAI.

We encourage users to review AI-generated content before using or sending it.

Outreach Brain uses a managed PostgreSQL database as part of its data infrastructure.

Information stored in Outreach Brain may include:

• Account information;
• Business information;
• Prospect records;
• Outreach information;
• User preferences;
• Generated content;
• Relevant conversation context; and
• Other information required to provide the Services.

Information may also be temporarily processed or cached where technically necessary to operate Outreach Brain.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect stored information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

The Outreach Brain Chrome Extension may use browser or Chrome extension storage for information necessary to operate the extension.

This may include:

Browser storage is used to provide and maintain extension functionality.

Payments for Outreach Brain may be processed by Dodo Payments, a third-party payment processor.

When you make a purchase, information necessary to process the transaction may be provided directly to Dodo Payments.

• Other information required by the payment processor.

Outreach Brain does not intend to directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.

Information accessed through the extension is used to provide Outreach Brain’s user-facing functionality and related operational, security, and reliability purposes.

Outreach Brain’s use and transfer of information received through the Outreach Brain Chrome Extension is intended to comply with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Information accessed through the extension is used only as necessary to provide Outreach Brain’s disclosed user-facing features, including:

• Saving and managing prospects;
• Understanding prospect context;
• Generating personalized outreach messages;
• Generating contextual replies; and
• Supporting related security, reliability, and operational functionality.

We do not use extension-accessed information for purposes unrelated to Outreach Brain’s disclosed functionality.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Outreach Brain, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Account and prospect information may remain stored while a user’s Outreach Brain account remains active or until the user deletes the relevant information.

Outreach Brain may use service providers that process or store information in countries other than the country in which a user resides.

As a result, information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.

Outreach Brain is intended for business and professional use and is not directed toward children.

Users under the age of 18 should not use Outreach Brain without appropriate authorization where required by applicable law.
